They do not put efforts and time in choosing the right domain names, in the end they ended up with irrelevant blog contents and domain names. Having the right domain names could help you getting extra bit of business and visitors to your blog.
A good Domain Name must at least have these keys:

The reason is so it will become yours, but the most important is to get a .com url. The reason is to get easier high traffic, search engine and visitors are more likely prefer a .com most of the time. Only when the .com is not available for your domain then you might buy other url’s like .org, .net, .biz, and so on
You might consider to register your domain in hyphenated and plural version, this is to avoid other people from misspell it and stealing traffic from your blog.
